A: Yes, we stock parts, Gasket & Seal kits, motors and
specialty tools for EIM/ Bettis, Limitorque & Rotork.
Q: What brands do you carry parts for?
A: We handle replacement parts for EIM/Bettis, Limitorque & Rotork electric.
Q: What is your return policy?
A:You
have 30 days to return an item for refund providing the part is still in its
original packaging . Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order
parts may not be returnable. All return freight to be paid by the customer.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?

Q: How do you determine freight charges?
A: For small packages, we ship UPS ground unless you specify a preferred
carrier. We will prepay and add the UPS charges directly to your invoice.
Freight charges are calculated at time of shipment. This allows us to charge
you the exact freight amount, not just an estimate. We can also ship freight
collect if you provide us with your carriers account number. For LTL truck shipments we can ship via any carrier you prefer, or we can
choose the most economical way.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Our prices are already discounted to the lowest possible level, regardless
of quantity, but if you have an unusual request for a high quantity of parts
we’d be happy to discuss it with you.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We attempt
to ship all “stock” parts within a 1 to 2 day window from when the order is received. Non-stock parts depend on the manufacturers lead time.

Q: What information do I
need to provide when requesting a new actuator, parts or service for my EIM
Electric Actuator?
A: We request that you
provide us with the Serial Number and Model Number from the Actuator Data Tag
for all EIM Inquiries.
Example: Serial: 100007-B01 Model: 2GNG-3
Q: What information is
needed to get a new stem nut threaded?
A: We need the actuator make,
model, and serial number or a photo of tag. From this we will get the
Stem Diameter, Pitch, Lead, Thread type, and Hand, L or R. There may also
be a counter bore in the original stem nut that would be needed as well.
Or you can provide, and request a “Stem Nut Threading Data Sheet” to complete
and send in with request.
Q: How do I open an account with your company?
A: Complete our online application and submit.

Q: What information do I
need to provide to order a part for my Limitorque Actuator?
A: The nameplate data from the actuator and the motor,
(2 different plates) are requested. That will provide the type, size,
motor size and order number and serial number if necessary. If requesting
a motor, we will need the actuator nameplate info and the motor nameplate info
such as Start and Run torque, rpm, voltage and XP or WP rating. Keep in
mind, there may also be an auxiliary gearbox attached, such as a bevel or a
worm gear. These will also have nameplates and the data from these will
be necessary if you need a part for that component.
Q: Do you provide Field Service support to install,
set-up, test and troubleshoot actuators?
A: Yes, we have a full-service field service staff with
technicians trained on EIM, Limitorque, Rotork & Auma actuators. Our
technicians are capable of electrical determ, rig & remove, installation,
electrical reterm, set-up, testing and troubleshooting. We report to and
are members of numerous safety councils including Avetta, CCS, Veriforce and
IS-Networld to ensure all field service work is performed in accordance with
OSHA safety standards. All team members are subject to random drug
