It is a multipurpose extreme pressure grease specially formulated for use in actuators under adverse conditions of excessive pressure, heat, cold, moisture, and both high speed and low speed operation.
It is compounded from select high viscosity index solvent refined severely hydro finished 100%
pure paraffin base oils and polyalphaoefin the base oils is an aluminum complex
base thickener and selected additives including molybenum disulfide.
This formulation provides:
- Resistance from water washout.
- Shear and mechanical ability.
- Anti wear and extreme pressure load carryiny properties and
excellent reversibility.
- Rust and oxidation inhibiting characteristics.
- The molybdenum acts as a back-stop due to it's natural affinity to adhere to metal surfaces. It reduces friction, resulting in reduced wear and reduction in gear contact operating temperatures.
- The EIM rated operating lubricant temperature range is -20 degrees F to
+175 degrees F (-29 degrees C to +80 degrees C)

Grade #267EIM Supreme Gear Lube 80W-90 Oil
Electric actuator models 3000, 3000A, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000,
G, S, & W and all electric actuators greater than 96 RPM.
It is a semi-synthetic, heavy duty extreme pressure, non-solvent containing lubricant compounded from a blend of select solvent refined severely hydrofinished high
viscosity index paraffin base oils and polyaphaolenfin synthetic base oils. A
combination of moybdenum and solid lubricants are compounded to improve
the anti-wear, extreme pressure characteristics and load carrying capabilities.
- The EIM rated operating temperature range is -30 degrees F to +175 degrees C

Special note: The lubricant is recommended as an additive to the previously furnished
"Red Bentone" Grease or any other grease such as Texaco multi-gear EP, etc.

Grade #197 Moly Pure Synthetic Lube - Note: Actuators are tagged with "Red Tag"
All 2000 Series Actuators, all speeds, specifically formulated for "Low Temperature" applications.
It is a multi-purpose, extreme pressure, specially formulated for use in low temperature actuator applications.
It is compounded from the highest quality polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base oils available.
Blended into this is a bentone based thickener and selective additives.
- The EIM rated operating temperature range is -60 degrees F to +105 degrees F (-50 degrees C to +40 degrees C)
Note: For these low temperature applications, called "Artic Packages",
the EIM motors are also furnished with sealed bearings using Dow Corning 33 Extreme
Low Temperature bearing grease. Motors also include the voltage motor heaters.

Grade #276 Synthetic Food Grade Grease & Grade #271 Synthetic Food Grade Oil
Suitable for all 2000 Series actuators, wherein the need for "Food Grade Lubricant" is required.
Fully synthetic extreme pressure, anti-wear grease and anti-wear oil.
They meet requirements of the United States Code of Federal Regulations 212 CFR 178.3570,
178.3620 (b), and 573.680 of the United States Food and Drug Administration's Regulations.
- The EIM rated operating temperature range is -10 degrees F to +120 degrees F (-12 degrees C to +50 degrees C)
